Beijing HiWater Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. located in Beijing Zhongguancun Hi-Tech zone, is a Hi-Tech corporation, held by the Science and Technology Promotion Center of MWR （Ministry of Water Resources）.
Having obtained Beijing high-tech enterprise certificate issued by Beijing Science and Technology Commission and the certificate for foreign trade rights issued by Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, now, Beijing HiWater Hi-Tech Co. Ltd. is applying for the pair soft enterprise certificate.
Holding the flag of modernization of China water resources, relying on the abundant information, technological resource and strong expert group of the Science and Technology Promotion Center of MWR, basing on the water resources industry, and facing the domestic and the international market, Beijing HiWater is devoted to the research, development, popularization and application of the new and high technology of water technology.
Cooperated with South China Digitwater Co., Ltd., Beijing HiWater invented the Wireless Movable Information Gathering System -------” HiWater Smarton”, which passed the appraisal of MWR (Ministry of Water Resources). After having been put into the market, HiWater Smarton caused a strong response in water industry. The Information System of Water Plan Management, jointly invented by Nanjing Moles Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing HiWater, now, is applying for the appraisal of MWR. The Real-time Transmission System of Wireless Movable Digital Video, jointly invented by China Institute of Naval Vessel Research and Beijing HiWater, has been put into the market. The project “ Large-scale database of new technology, new material, new product of water resources”, sponsored by Science and Technology Promotion Center of MWR and undertaken by Beijing HiWater, has been started formally.

Responsibility of department：
1, Administration department
(1) Preside over the daily administration and secretarial duties of the company, coordinate the work relationship between the staffs, run well and offer the support and assurance for company business;
(2) Organize staff's recruitment and selection, offer the indispensable human resources for company in time;
(3) Safeguard and manage the company's web.
2, Finance Department
(1) Response for cost accounting, financial management and tax plan;
(2) Work out the financial budget of the company and be responsible for tracing and supervising.
3, Development department
(1) Write all kinds of project recommendation, project feasibility research report, project assessment report related to water resources especially to Hi-Tech company, and etc.;
(2) Organize markets survey and monographic study related to company's development, in order to provide support for company’s strategical decision.
4, Market department
Organize and submit a tender for outward project, including software project, system integration project, and all kinds of research or study projects on the water industry and relevant environmental industry.
5. International trade department
(1) Sell new technologies, new materials, new products, which are used in the water industry.
(2) Act as the agent of domestic and foreign products to import and export product. Sell our own products and be responsible for the import and export business.
6. Promotion department
(1) Organize the exhibition and popularization conference of new technology, new material, new product
(2) Undertake all kinds of conference and business training of water industry and environmental protection industry
(3) Be responsible for the quality approval of company’s or co-operative enterprise’s technology and product
7, Project department
Manage production for Software project, system integration project, research projects which are related to water industry and environmental industry.
8, Quality control department
(1) Provide the technical support during the period of sale and project tender
(2) Provide after-sale service and project management service
