¡¡¡¡¡°HiWater Smarton¡±, wireless movable information gathering system, is a new type of information gathering tool, which is designed for Water Conservancy to realize the information gathering and the management of daily water related business. It can be widely used in flood and drought prevention, water resources management, water and soil conservation, water supervision, emigration of reservoir residents, dynamic monitor of water information, management of water conservancy project and etc. SYSTEM COMPONENTS ¡¡¡¡¡°HiWater Smarton¡±---------wireless movable information gathering system is made of three components. |

¡¡¡¡The first part is wireless movable and portable terminal electric information gathering system (information gathering and transmitting hardware, abbreviated as ¡°HiWater Smarton¡±). Portable, having similar appearance with digital camera, the HiWater Smarton can be taken by patrol and supervisor to collect spot information, whenever it is necessary. | |

¡¡¡¡The second part is information receiver. It can receive and process the different kinds of photographs and data, and then it will automatically store this information in catalog or database of back platform, which makes it convenient for the system to reallocate the information. | |

¡¡¡¡The third part is information inquiry management system, basing on the GIS (Global Information System) platform. It can detect and position the correct location of the flashing spot in the electric geographical map. Hitting the flashing spot, the user can see all the on-the-sport photograph and rich data information. | |

SYSTEM DIAGRAM
¡¡¡¡¡°HiWater Smarton¡± is the core of wireless movable information gathering system. Using the technology of GPS, GPRS, DC, MCU, EOS and GIS, through radio communication and Internet, it can automatically accept and store different accurate position information, such as the photograph of flood, data information of drought, information of water conservancy, loss of water and erosion of soil, and evidence of water dispute or case, into the internet server of command headquarters or office, and then, all the information can be displayed on the GIS. It intelligently finishes the process of information gathering--- transmission - --storage---- display. |
